Shelby College Havana Scheme State of Kentucky This is a very interesting piece of history. It is a set of papers from the earliest lottery we have found paper relating to. It was an American lottery in the State of Kentucky called the Havana Scheme. The one paper relates to Shelby College class 310 to be drawn in Covington KY on Friday June 30th 1865.
