This is a wonderful 1910s book. It is titled If I were the King. It is printed in London and there is one illustration in the front interior by A.C. Michael titled Happy the dogs name. It is a charming book written from the dogs perspective and very well so. It measures 5 x 7 ½ inches. It has some very light wear to the cover and the inscription of a previous owners name address and the year 1913 in the front. It is complete and charming. This is a wonderful set of books. It is a two book set titled the Furniture Treasury. It is by Wallace Nutting and filled with wonderful photos. It boasts that the pieces are mostly of American origin. It also says there are 5000 illustration with descriptions on the same page. The books are printed by the Macmillan Company New York in 1948. They measure 7 ¾ x 10 ¼ x 1 ½ inches. They are in very good condition, well cared for.
