We try to respond to all orders promptly but due it illness at this time if we do not get back to you within a day or two please call us. We pride ourselves on all our items and descriptions and guarantee your satisfaction.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays all postage, insurance and confirmation fees. We also offer UPS shipping. If using Pay-Pal items must be paid for within 24 hours of ordering, and will be shipped 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. If sending a check or a money order items must be paid for within 7 day's of purchase or sale will be voided and we will have to place the item back up for sale. All check's and cashiers check's received for payments items are held for 14 days for processing. US POSTAL money orders are shipped 24 hours after payment is received and cashed. All other types of payments items are held for 14 days. All sales are not considered final til payment is received. If you can not get payment to us for some reason please notify us by email. Merchandise is no longer our responsibility once it is shipped. We will help you trace it and or recover the insurance on the items.

Restocking Fee:
We usually do not charge a restocking fee. However if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind and no longer want the item there is a 15% restocking fee for items over $100.00 and 10% restocking fee for items under $100.00. If you are returning an item because it was not described properly there will not be a restocking fee.

Other Information:
You may return the item for a full refund if we are notified within 3 days of your receipt of item. The items must be in the same condition as when they left our shop. Please see Ruby Lane Return Policy. Thank you for shopping with us.
