I couldn't`t believe my eyes when I saw this little darling!!

A lovely thistle brooch, hallmarked sterling, Edinburgh and a date letter (a D which I think is for 1959 but I`m not sure) and makers mark WBs.

Also there are three leaves and three thistle crowns in gold (applied, NOT plated) on the sterling circumference and two large leaves flowing up by the central thistle. On one of the leaves it is stamped 9ct with makers mark WBs.

Measures 1 3/8" with the center amber crystal? gemstone? measuring 3/8".

Beautifully made and in excellent condition!!
