Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
When placing an order with KATTSLAIR you are agreeing to ALL policies stated herein:
Payment is due with 10 days of the completion of your Purchase Order. International shipping is determined at the time of order.. We offer Inter'l buyers an option of 1st class Air Mail or Priority mail when possible. The more expensive Priority gets special treatment & arrives more quickly with less exposure to loss.
Personal checks *must* clear your bank prior to shipment
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Any refunds of S, H, & will be determined at the time.

Restocking Fee:
Returns may be acceptable within 10 days so long as the purchase is in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct 10% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) to cover handling and re-stocking costs.
