Welcome to my shop! I have experience with pottery, books (and cats) and hope I can help you find what you're looking for!
Here’s a little info on the company:
Stouffer China Chicago, Illinois. Believe they were in existence in the 1900’s, no longer in business in 1952. Stouffer China was an American decorating firm and a direct competitor of Pickard Studios. They specialized in gold glazes and other companies would co-produce their patterns with Stouffers.
Measures: 4-1/2” tall x 2-1/2” across base. Mouth measures 1-3/4” in diameter. Measures 2-5/8” from handle-to-handle.
This has the Stouffer China circular mark stamped in black ink to the base. This great little vase is very clean and shiny, showing no chips, crack or hairlines. The inside is a very clean fine glazed china with the gold plating going into rim ½” deep inside.
As always, thanx for shopping Katiques, and please take the time to see my happy customer testimonials on my "about me" page!
