This is a Wonderful old Vintage leather photo album with an embossed "Art Nouveau" flower design centered on it's front along with the initials "R.M.B." to the bottom. I guesstimate it's age to be circa 1920's. The leather covers are supple and are a nice soft, dark brown leather showing some light scratches and wear to its spine and edges. This is a very ornate little dresser frame with an easel backing. The front of the frame is plated metal in a floral art nouveau design to the edges. Here's an unusual shaped jewelry or trinket box! In a long rectangular shape, this has great art-nouveau detailing of many (bearded) Iris flowers on its lid and on its skirt. This is a very heavy piece with a red felt interior. The hinges on the box work very smoothly, and its quite sturdy on its four feet. This has a nice verdi-gris to its exterior.
