Our Service Pledge To You:
I guarantee that all items have been designed and created by me unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, I may offer for sale items I have purchased from other artisans - and I will tell you that, and, when I can, tell you who they are. To the best of my ability I guarantee the truth of all claims made by me regarding the quality or origins of the components used in my own items.
And, most important, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, I will do what I can to make it right, or I will refund your purchase price in full upon return of the item. No hassles!
 
Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
First Class Mail: $3.50 for earrings; $4.25 for bracelets. Priority Mail is a recommended option at $5.55 *

For necklaces I will ship Priority Mail only: $6.00 **

The shipping rates above include "Confirmation of Delivery."

I WILL DEFINITELY COMBINE AND REDUCE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES!

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. It varies based on the cost of your item and will be added at checkout. If you purchase insurance you are protected from loss or damage during shipping and it will be your responsibility and option to file for compensation with the USPS. If you do not purchase insurance, you have no protection from the vagaries of shipping. My responsibility ends with proof of shipment (the Post Office receipt) and Confirmation of Delivery.

For international shipping, I prefer to use Priority Mail. The rate varies by country, but is generally less than $15USD and delivery is approximately 5 to 8 business days from date of shipping. (Much faster than International Air Mail's 2 to 3 week estimate but approximately twice the price.)

If you have any special shipping requests, just ask!

Restocking Fee:
This has never made sense to me as a consumer, so I will not be charging for "restocking."

All items arrive in a be-ribboned presentation box.
