I found some fabulous tube-shaped cultured, freshwater pearls (this was one creative oyster!) and topped them with more traditionally-shaped pearls (cultured, freshwater) in greyish-blue colors, plus rhodochrosite tabs, pink coral rounds and heavily granulated Bali beads. A really yummy combination.

They sashay from trendy shepherd's hook earwires that were handmade by the Karen Hill Tribes in Thailand. Total lobe descent is about 2 1/2 inches.

All supporting components are quality sterling silver, of course.
