I guarantee that all of my items in my shop are as described to the best of my ability. I inspect each piece carefully before I buy. Please understand I buy only the best pieces I can find but they are vintage & have been worn. They are not new & thus will not be like new unless I state that they are in "like new condition". I try to describe any defects I find but it is possible that I may overlook something, so, I want you to understand that this jewelry is not new. I will do a light cleaning to the item if I think it is necessary but I will leave the deep cleaning to the discretion of the buyer. If you have questions, please ask. I usually respond to all questions or orders within 24-48 hours.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyers to pay for all shipping/handling/insurance & delivery confirmation unless otherwise stated. I ship priority mail or first class mail, within North America, depending on the size of the item & how fragile it is. I usually ship within 24-48 hours after full payment is received unless it is a holiday or the weekend or you have paid with a check. I pack very carefully so that your item will arrive safely. I require insurance & delivery confirmation on all of my items. I will ship world wide. Please feel free to email me for an exact shipping quote on the item you are interested in. First class mail will cost $2.50 & can go up from there. This does not include insurance or delivery confirmation. Priority mail varies according to the weight of the item & your zip code & will start at $3.85 & go up from there. International packages will be shipped priority mail international unless your country has custom restrictions or you request otherwise. If your item should be damaged during shipping, please let me know as soon as possible & I will send you the insurance receipt to take to the post office. It is the responsibility of the postal service to reimburse you for your cost of the item, not me. This is why your item is insured.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 10% restocking fee on all of my returned items. The item must be returned in the same box & packing material that it was shipped in. The returned item will be at your own expense & must be insured & I must be notified that you are returning the item within 3 days of receipt of the item. I do not refund shipping/handling/insurance or delivery confirmation or any lay-a-way items & I will deduct Pay Pal fees unless the item was not as we described.

Other Information:
Pay Pal payments must be received in 24 hours & checks or money orders within 3-5 days or the item will be re-listed. I will wait 15 days after deposit of your check to ship the item. I will only accept POSTAL money orders as payment. Any other type of money order will be returned. I will email you when your payment arrives & when I ship.
