Fabulous Weiss Fantasy Colored Bracelet

A Weiss with marvelous quality craftsmanship. This unique bracelet is a stunning and elegant piece made by former Coro employee Albert Weiss. Weiss started his company in New York City in 1942 which really took off in the 50s and 60s according to Fred Rezazadeh author of "Costume Jewelry: A Practical Handbook & Value Guide". This bracelet is a true testament to that fact with it's stunning makeup. This item is composed of 24 fantasy colored baguette rhinestones as well as 22 tiny fantasy colored chatons that sit side by side in rows that alternate baguettes then chatons. The pictures will further clarify what I am trying to explain but each and every stone is absolutely gorgeous. There is a little bit of wear to some of the stones but nothing that takes from the overall beauty of the bracelet. These pieces are prong set in gold toned metal and the bracelet is fastened with a beautiful push button clasp that has a prong set fantasy colored chaton as the release for the clasp. The back of the bracelet is signed "Weiss" in clear inscription and the bracelet measures 7 1/4" long by 1/2" wide. A very pretty and well crafted bracelet by Weiss.
