Art Deco Style McClelland Barclay Parure ~ Purple Crystal Necklace, Bracelet and Earrings ~ Project the kind of power usually reserved for the elite and high fashion celebrities with this awesome McClelland Barclay Parure. All pieces are polished gold toned metal framework with emerald cut Amethyst crystals adorned with lavish collections of pave faux diamonds and clear baguettes in rhodium plated metal settings. The openwork necklace medallions are suspended from medium size gold toned square link chain of folded over gold toned metal bands. The necklace is 16" and looks stunning on. The necklace closes with a fold over clasp and is signed on the back McClelland Barclay. The stunning cuff bracelet measures 8 1/4" around and 1" wide and there is no safety chain and does not appear to have a place for one. The bracelet is also signed on the inside. There are seven emerald cut Amethyst gems surrounded by clear paves of chatons and baguettes. Matching earrings are screw backs and have one Amethyst that is surrounded by pave and baguette faux diamonds surrounded with gold tone metal. The earrings are 3/4" in diameter. One of the small faux diamonds is missing at the bottom of one earring and you have to look really hard to see it. The stone can easily be replaced. None of the rhinestones have yellowed but there is wear to this set commensurate with age. I believe all pieces to be in fair to good condition for age.
