Vintage Hattie Carnegie Imitation Pearl and Glass Bead Necklace

Glamorous Hattie Carnegie vintage glass beaded necklace. This wonderful item is so unique having dyed glass beads in turquoise tones as well as tiny coral colored spacer beads in between and all strung onto a white cotton string. This connects to a lovely centerpiece which is made up of a gold tone metal base accented by beautiful imitation pearls as well as tiny black, coral, and turquoise colored seed beads. There is a raised center section that also combines wired on glass beads and faux seed pearls surrounding a large center imitation pearl. The back of this center section has the signature "Hattie Carnegie" within an oval cartouche and the entire necklace is fastened by a spring ring clasp. The necklace measures 20 1/2" long with the centerpiece measuring 2" in diameter. This necklace is very old being made in the late 1940s but it has no missing pieces and still maintains it's attractiveness and appeal.
