A very nice piece of Coro jewelry from the 1950s. This gorgeous beetle jelly belly fur clip is amazing being made up of a nice gold vermeil over sterling silver that looks fantastic. This item has six gold toned sterling legs that spring out from the lovely body section made up of a clear lucite material with 10 bezel set white rhinestones in the surface. The head of this creature is covered in pave set white rhinestones with two lovely green glass cabochons as eyes. The back of this item has a nice two pronged fur clip that holds well and the signature "Coro Sterling" is stamped on the back side as well. This clip measures 1 3/8" long by 1 1/2" in width and has absolutely no damage which is amazing considering it's old age. A wonderful Coro sterling and lucite jelly belly beetle fur clip.
