Our Service Pledge To You:
We pledge to provide you the very best service and items we can find. We strive to make sure what you read and see is what you will receive when you purchase an item. All emails and purchase orders will be answered within 48 hours. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours please check your spam filter settings and email us. We are finding some services set the filters to max, so only those listed in a personal address books are the only emails getting through, and our invoices are getting deleted.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
United States – Shipping and Handling prices are listed with each item and sent via USPS. Most items can be combined to save on shipping charges. Please contact us if you want to know combined shipping charges before purchasing. Just click on ask a question about the item in question and send your address. All items are shipped USPS, Monday - Friday (Weather Permitting).

International Shoppers – Please contact for shipping and handling charges. We only ship Airmail Letter Post or Global Priority and do not mark custom forms as gift, it is against the law. Buyer is responsible for all extra fees related to customs Etc. Please contact us if you want to know the charges before purchasing. Just click on ask a question about the item in question and send your address. All items are shipped USPS, Monday - Friday (Weather Permitting).

A small Handling fee is included in the shipping prices listed or as quoted. This small fee (usually $.50 - $1.50) helps covers some the cost in making sure your item arrives safe and sound. We use brand new materials in 99.9 % of all of packages that we ship, on the very rare occasion we might have to fashion a box to fit a big item. But all materials in that box would be new, whether it is packing peanuts, bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
All MA sales must add 5% sales tax on the item(s) purchase price.

United States Payments:

All payments must be received within 10 days of placing order.

Pay Pal Credit Card Orders ~ Item(s) shipped within two business day.

Money Order ~ Item(s) shipped within two business days after receipt of payment.

E-Checks from Pay Pal ~ Item(s) shipped within two business days Once E-Check has Cleared

Personal Check ~ Must be drawn from a U.S. Bank only and allow 10 Days for clearance on checks. Any checks returned for insufficient fees will be subject to a $35.00 Return check fee.

International Payments - Please contact us to see what method of payment is available to your country.


If the package(s) is unclaimed or undeliverable for any reason and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges to reship the purchased item(s). So please check and make sure your account address is current.
