Authentic Bossons Poodle head wall mask from the Dogs of Distinction Series. This is a wonderful 3 dimensional mask of a poodle in great detail, being plaster it has developed a beautiful cream yellowish patina. The detail is incredible all over this dog from the collar on his neck to the fur on the ears. There are a few nicks or scrapes that show the white of the original coloring along with some flaking of the silver paint on the back that with time will take on the same patina as the rest of the poodle, or you can have it repaired. The eyes have a couple of small flakes of paint missing as shown in the pictures with arrows and the nose has a small flake of paint missing also. It is approximately 5.00 inches long, 4.12 inches at the widest point, and 3.25 inches deep. The back has the original hanger embedded into the plaster, and is embossed Bossons, the England isn’t embossed very well along with world copyright reserved and looks to be the letter F also embossed into the back.
