Interesting one of a kind Brooch pin made from the marriage of two buttons, the first button is an Victorian picture button known as Cleopatra and the Asp (though the potted plant is missing on the left side.) and the second button is a Victorian brass heart rim with lacquered steel back with wire shank. And then they glued an old safety pin on back to make it a pin. This pin is approximately 1.50 inches in diameter, has a beautiful patina and other then the potted plant missing, the buttons appear to be intact.
