Wonderful figurine created by Lowell Davis of what looks to be of a red tail hawk sitting on a broken plow that was left in the field. It is approximately 5.00 inches at the tallest point and 9.75 inches long. One the back side of this figurine there is a small nick in a piece of wood as shown in the picture with the arrow other then this defect there are no other defects noted. It is also marked Lowell Davis 503 and under the wood area it looks like initials LW, and it has the gold sticker on the bottom that reads Hand Made in Dumfriesshire Scotland by © Border Fine Arts 1978 and we believe this to be Schmid# 225-035. Please note there is no box or papers with this piece. Even with the defect this is a wonderful first edition piece from Lowell Davis that is not easy to find, so do not miss out
