Currently on Layaway ~ Dreamy and beautiful describes this circa 1880s drop-waist dress and hat which should fit a French Bebe about 20" tall.

Gorgeous deep burgundy wine velvet dress has a wide neckline, pleated shoulders, drop waist, and lace and silk ribbon banding.

Measurements: Length 13" shoulder to hem: shoulders (no armhole seams, so shoulder measurement is estimated6" plus; dropped waist 15". Length from shoulder to top of ribbon band at dropped waist 7". Tam circumference of opening is 11". There is a gathering tie on the banding to make the opening larger or smaller, so it will fit many head sizes.

Condition: Excellent; minor wear to the nap of the velvet at folds and gathers in places. Back opening intentionally opened beyond the original opening for ease of dressing and undressing.

Back closed with old hooks and eyes.
