Final Offering Sale Price ~ Our favorite Early madder dyed cotton dress in turkey red and brown with deep neckline (can be drawn up with drawstring if desired) perfect for those early china heads with deeply sloping shoulders.

Dress has a gathered bodice, inset waistband, elbow-length sleeves, and gathered skirt with hem flounce. There is a contrasting border print stitched to the sleeve hems and just above the flounce at the hem of the skirt. Back is designed to be stitch-closed without overlap at center back.

Condition is excellent with extremely minor fading near bottom of skirt, and mending on the inside of the left sleeve.

Measurements: 15" from center front neck to hem; 4-1/2" to top of waistband; 10" bottom of waistband to hem. 6" across shoulders between sleeve seams; 7-1/2" neck opening (can be drawn smaller if needed or desired. Sleeves 2-1/2" at underarm seam; 3" cuff opening;. 7-1/2" waist maximum.

Wonderful early doll dress in a very hard to find madder print in excellent condition.
