Beautiful navy blue wool jumper with hand embroidered feather stitching details on the bodice which buttons in back, pleated skirt. Cotton blouse has adjustable drawstring neckline with lace edged collar and sleeves. Gold Bebe pin at neckline is included.

Jumper measures 9" from shoulder to hem; 4-1/4" across shoulders; 9-1/2" around the waist; Skirt is 5" long. Blouse underneath is unstructured, but longer than bodice of jumper.
