American composition Kewpie doll, circa 1935, in the large 11-1/2" size and in the original Cameo Kewpie Doll box.

One piece composition head, torso, and legs with jointed arms. Doll has the Kewpie sculpted topknot and side curls, great big side-glancing painted googly eyes, and original red heart paper label on chest, blue molded wings on back.

Beautifully preserved in original labeled Cameo box. Minor crazing on arms and no crazing, chips, or cracks on the rest of the doll which is in outstanding condition with still bright color.
