German china lady doll, known as a portrait head of "Adelina Patti", and Italian singer from the late 19th Century, 16".

Porcelain shoulder head with molded and painted black hair, center-parted with partially exposed ears and brush stroke detailing at temples. She has shaded blue eyes, black lash lines, red lid lines, accented eye corners, nostrils, and smiling mouth.

She has her original cloth body with porcelain lower limbs including wonderful gray and blue gaiters (fancy boots) with black and blue trim, which match her gorgeous velvet and silk gown.

Fine quality porcelain, original body, thumbs broken, otherwise no chips, cracks, or repairs.

This doll is from a museum collection. There is a sticker on her back shoulderplate and residue from another which had been removed. We will clean off the stickers and residue if the buyer wishes. It will come off cleanly without any hard. Just remind me upon order that you wish to have this done. Thank you.
