Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for all shipping, handling and optional insurance. Items not insured are the responsibility of the buyer once item is sent. Please remit payment within 5 days. Paypal is preferred however other arrangements may be made if approved by the seller. All credit card purchases must go through Paypal. International shipping orders may incurr extra handling fees...these will be kept to a minimum...I do not intend to charge you outrageous fees, just enough to cover my costs, due to conversion rates and other postal rate increases.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
If you do not have a Paypal account, a bank cashiers check or money order may be used with prior seller approval.
Pa. sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pa. sales unless a dealer tax number is provided to me.
