We pride ourselves in customer care and are dedicated to providing beautiful, durable, and original beadwork for you to enjoy. We want you to feel taken care of as an individual and to have fun both in choosing and in wearing our creations. All of our jewelry is guaranteed, if anything happens to it, you may send it back for repair or replacement (at our discretion) of something with similar value. We only ask that you pay shipping.

We are always here to help and feel communication is the key. We try to give the best description possible of each item but sometimes you will have more questions. Please, no matter what the question feel free to contact us via email. We love to hear from our visitors and will do our best to respond within 24 hours.

All available items are shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of payment and can be expected to arrive on your doorstep in a timely fashion.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship priority mail with free delivery confirmation. FREE shipping for orders over $100! (U.S. only) Item's will be combined for one shipping charge.

*We are not responsible for packages lost by the post office. Please consider shipping insurance provided by the United States post office.

*Insurance is not mandatory but is highly recommended and must be paid for by customer. If insurance is desired, please add the following corresponding amount to your total:
$1.75 ................ $0.01 to $50
$2.25 ................ $50.01 to $100
$2.75 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.70 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.70 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.70 ................ $400.01 to $500
$7.70……………$500.01 to $600
$7.45 plus $0.95 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.
If you do not specify that you would like insurance then the item will be shipped without.

*We are located in Hawaii, so while priority mail usually takes 3 days, it can take up to 10.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please consider shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox so please ensure that your package will be delivered to a secure location.

Almost all turquoise beads on the market today are stabilized in order to hold the shape of the bead. Stabilizing is a process used where they saturate the stone with a hard colorless acrylic or plastic. This hardens the stone and prevents it from changing color due to body oils and other introduced chemicals.

All pearls that we use in our shop are freshwater pearls and most are color enhanced.

We do not accept any orders from Nigeria.

All jewelry contains small parts and is not recommended for use by small children. By choosing to purchase any of our jewelry and allowing your child to wear it, Jamee Jones and Kimberlee Aihara release liability to the parents of the child. Always supervise your child if you decide to allow them to wear jewelry and never let them put it in their mouth or sleep with it on.

California law states that if you operate a mail order business where customers from California

Custom Orders are welcome. Because of the extensive time and research required for most custom orders so that we can make you're created piece as close as possible to the way you picture it, we charge a 20% custom order fee per design. All custom orders must have a 50% down non-refundable deposit before actual beadwork is started. Please email to inquire because not all custom orders fall under this category.

Layaway Plan is available:
Purchases up to $100 – can be made in 2 payments
The first payment will be 50% of the order total. The balance plus shipping will be due 30 days after the initial purchase date.

Purchases totalling $101 and over – can be made in 3 payments
The first payment will be 50% of the order total. A second payment of 25% of the order total will be due 30 days later, and the third payment of the remaining 25%, plus shipping, will be due 60 days after initial purchase date.

You may make payments in-between, just be sure to notify me that you are doing so.

Once all payments are received your items will be shipped to you.

Please note I reserve the right to terminate the payment plan at any time if payments are not received as scheduled. I will send a reminder/warning email before doing so though. **If a sale is canceled prior to completion by either party, the initial payment of 50% is non-refundable
