Unique and Risqué German Bisque Frozen Charlotte Bathing Beauty in Original Red Dress

This 5 ½ inch tall bisque young lady has a molded bonnet, shoes, and red bow at her neck. She also wears her original sheer red dress with lace trim. She is jointed at the shoulders. The “anything but shy” young lady has a rather character face with painted features. She has a healthy molded tummy, hips, and thighs. Her facial painting with one raised eyebrow just makes me laugh. She appears to be challenging anyone to question the beauty of her physique. She is completely unmarked but definitely is of German original circa then end of the 19th century. Her bisque is surprisingly heavy for her size. What an interesting and unusual Victorian Frozen Charlotte bathing beauty. I have never seen another like her.
