This 17 inch baby gorilla stuffed animal was made by Dean’s Childsplay Toys Ltd. in England. The little guy appears to be from the mid 20th century. He still has his yellow tag and is good condition with no apparent fur loss. He is jointed at the hips and is really quite poseable. I just found him charming and appealing. I wish I had a more definitive idea of age but, from what I could research concerning his yellow tag label, I believe he was probably made in the 1950s. When I saw him, I just had to pick him up and bring him home. I know someone else will certainly have the same reaction to this beguiling little creature.
