For your consideration is this wonder piece of history. North Star Stoneware Company of Red Wing, MN. These pieces are hard to find as North Star Stoneware was only in existence for four years, 1892-1896.

This is a great piece for to add to your collection. This Preserve Jar is in excellent condition. The jar does have the usual flaws found in the glazing. There are a couple of very small chips on the bottom edge. I have tried to show this in the photos. There is no cracks, stains, or crazing.

The jar stands approximately 6 ¾” tall and is 5 ½” in diameter at the base.
