Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We take extra care in wrapping your precious item(s). In fact, Diane works directly with a specialist at our local USPS office. The buyer will pay for shipping and handling. You must purchase insurance for your item, along with a tracking number. If (after my careful packaging) your item should arrive damaged, please contact the shipping agent that it is insured with. I will personally help you with this matter.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
