Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping, plus cost of insurance and delivery confirmation. There is no handling fee. Item will be shipped as soon as payment clears; this would be immediate for payment with cashier's check or money order.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Cashier's check or money order preferred, but paypal accepted.
