This geometrically beaded red necklace is a most unusual attention-getter for Sandor. The bright shiny red lucite beads are in a geometric shape, overlapping back and forth. They are an attractive shiny, substantial, and opaque red lucite plastic. The shade of red reminds me of a lipstick named Really Really Red.

This is the same Sandor well known for their exquisite enameled flower pins, but their OTHER pieces are often more collectible because of their scarcity. Sandor created costume jewelry designs in a wide range of beautiful styles and materials. The Sandor Goldberger Company was established in the early 1930's and closed in 1972.

This striking necklace has two strands, each measuring about 22". Stringing appears to be original and is still strong and tight, but not too tight. Fastens with a hook clasp and goldtone chain extender. Signed with copyright C followed by SANDOR CO. in block letters. Circa 1955-1972.

Excellent condition.
