Rare piece dating from mid to late 1940's. It is a fur clip and is signed MONET on the clip. Such a unique and rare find. Done in heavy, silvertone metal with a navy blue enamel collar from which hangs a bell which actually rings. It measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/2". This would make a wonderful gift or keeper.
