Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance costs.

Restocking Fee:
Return Policy:
Do not return the piece without contacting us. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to tell us you wish to return the piece. We charge a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.

The item MUST BE returned to us in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY it was shipped -- each piece should be bubble wrapped and mailed in a USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail BOX.

We ship professionally to you and we expect the same courtesy on the return. No exceptions.

Your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, will be issued after we receive the item and assess any damages caused by the return shipping process.

It is our intention to protect you and ourselves in every transaction. Please read the following information carefully and write us if you have any questions.

Pay Pal: Payment via Pay Pal must be initiated within 3 business days of confirmed purchase order. If payment is not received in three days, we will relist the item.

Money Orders: Due to the rising number of fake money orders reported by online merchants, we accept only United States Postal Service money orders. Money orders must be received within 10 days after confirmed purchase order. If payment is not received, we will relist the item.

Cashiers Checks: We will also accept Cashier's Checks, but we will not ship the items until the check clears our account. This is also due to the numerous reports of customers canceling cashier's checks made out to online sellers.

Layaway
Layaway is available for purchases totaling $150.00 or more. Layaways are for 90 days. The total order amount is divided into three (3) equal payments. Your first payment is must be initiated through Pay Pal within three (3) days of ordering. Second and third payments can be scheduled on an individual basis but payment in full must be made within 90 days of your first payment to us.

In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to my receipt of the final payment, we reserve the right to keep the first 30% of the amount paid.
