We have been a Ruby Lane shop -- operating under the name 'Jewels And All That Jazz' -- since Feb. of 2003. We carefully research and validate our jewelery. We guarantee the authenticity of our items. We do not sell reproductions.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship by US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
We will ship to International Clients using Global Priority or Registered Mail. We will NOT ship fine jewelry to anyone living anywhere by first class mail.
Restocking Fee:
Return Policy: Do not return the piece without contacting us. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to tell us you wish to return the piece. We charge a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.
The item MUST BE returned to us in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY it was shipped -- each piece should be bubble wrapped and mailed in a USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail BOX.
We ship professionally to you and we expect the same courtesy on the return. No exceptions.
Your refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, will be issued after we receive the item and assess any damages caused by the return shipping process.

Please read the following information carefully and write us if you have any questions. If you do not use PayPal, please write us before purchasing so we can discuss payment options.
Payment: Pay Pal only. Payment via Pay Pal must be initiated within 3-5 business days of buyer's receipt of confirmed purchase order. If payment is not initiated, and we are unable to contact you via e-mail, we will relist the item. For other payment arrangements, please contact us directly.
Layaway: Layaway is available for purchases totaling $250.00 or more. The total order amount is divided into three (3) equal payments. The first payment is due within three (3) business days of the date on which you received a confirmed purchase order. The second payment is due 30 days after and the final payment is due 30 days after the second payment. In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to our receipt of the final payment, we reserve the right to keep the first 33% of the amount paid.
Returns: You must contact us within three days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. No exceptions. You are obligated to return the item through the same shipping service used by us to send the item to you. Again, no exceptions. Refunds are issued after we receive the piece back and assess it for signs of wear or damage.
Fine jewelry: We will not mail fine jewelry by first class mail. You must pay for Priority Mail or Registered Mail when purchasing fine jewelry.
We ship to the US, Canada and the UK. All other international purchasers must contact us before placing an order. We reserve the right to decline sales or shipments to unconfirmed addresses or to areas where delivery confirmation is unavailable. We will not ship to Italy, Spain or Mexico.
