This set was CONFIRMED to be a D & E Juliana set by the Discovering Juliana Jewelry Group on October 14, 2009.

The use of color, shapes of the stones and craftsmanship are hallmarks of DeLizza and Elster, but I think they outdid themselves on this Juliana set.

All three pieces (we count earrings as one piece) are in fabulous condition.

The bracelet carries the five link construction. Many of the lighter blue navettes and triangles featured throughout all the pieces are open back. (Back of the pieces shown in the last picture.)

Measurements:

Bracelet is 7 1/4" long and 1" wide.

Earrings are 1" tall and 3/4" wide.

Necklace is 16" from end to end, which means you will have approximately 15.5" of neckline because of the space taken up by the dangling pieces on the front of the necklace.

This is a must-have set for Juliana collectors. And, if you are not a collector, this is a good reason to be one.
