The clasp works fine and there are no hallmarks or engravings to allow us to tell you who made this lovely piece. So, we are considering this base metal with a rhodium plating, which the norm for bangle bracelets like this back in those days.
It is in good condition.
Measurements are: 5/8" wide, 2.5" by 2" when closed. It is not a perfect circle; it is more like a oval shape.
