Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
U.S. shipping only... Shipping is FREE for jewelry purchased from Holly's store. Holly takes great care in packaging the items, and will insure pieces valued at $50 or more.

Restocking Fee:
There are times when a piece of jewelry just has to be viewed in person in order to determine whether it's the right piece for a customer... There is no restocking fee for returned items, as long as they are returned promptly and in the same condition as sent. The only request, since Holly provides free shipping - is that the original shipping cost is paid for by the customer (Holly will provide receipt for shipping/insurance paid, if requested). Holly will refund/exchange (minus shipping) immediately upon return. Satisfaction is a requirement!
