Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We charge a handling fee of $3 per item because we pack each item extremely well to assure its safe passage. Actual postage is an estimation based on the weight of the the item. Insurance is added for fine jewelry and at the request of the customer. For International shipments, insurance is available with Priority Mail, Express Mail or Registered Mail. Discounts on handling/postage are offered for multiple item purchases.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price for returns, which must be received within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us before shipping any item back to us.
