I stand behind each and every piece of jewelry and fully guarantee each purchase at my shop. Each item is one-of-a-kind......you will never see your jewelry being worn by someone else.....anywhere!

***FREE FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING to U.S. addresses!! 4-5 day delivery.....or if you need it a bit faster.....
***Priority Mail is also available for $4.80 for any size order, 2-3 day delivery!!
***Insurance, express mail and international shipping are extra. Please make sure to let me know if you need any of these extra options before making your Paypal payment so I can check the rates and give you some choices.
***Although I package your item extremely carefully, I am not responsible for shipping damage or loss if you choose not to purchase INSURANCE for your items. Insurance is always recommended. I will be adding the cost of insurance to your invoice automatically unless you specify on the purchase order that you don't want it. However, it can always be removed later at your specific request. I have to have this request in writing in order to satisfy Ruby Lane requirements for protecting customers from loss during shipping.
Optional insurance fees are based on purchase amount and are set by the US post office, they are as follows:
$0.01 to $50.00........... $1.70
$50.01 to 100.00..........$2.15
$100.01 to 200.00........$2.60
$200.01 to 300.00........$4.60
$300.01 to 400.00........$5.55
$400.01 to 500.00........$6.50
$500.01 to 600.00........$7.45
$600.01 to 700.00........$8.40
...increasing by .95 per $100 up to $5000.

***INTERNATIONAL shipping and insurance options vary country to country and are set by the US post office or alternative shipper. I will determine your options and costs at time of sale. Any customs or import duty fees will be buyers responsibility.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
***Alterations may be available on certain items especially necklaces, bracelets and anklets, please contact me before purchase to see if it is possible and for any charges that may apply. (Most alterations will be free of charge). Most items that are woven can not be altered, but I can usually make one in a different size just for you.
***Please note the size listed for a BRACELET is for your wrist size, not the length of the actual bracelet. Just measure your wrist with a tape measure and you will know if the bracelet will fit you. The length is not that important because it will vary greatly with the thickness and size of the materials used.
***PAYMENT for items is expected within 3 days of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made with me in advance. If payment or arrangements to pay are not received in that timeframe, item will be returned to stock.
I will be happy to hold an item for you, at your request, for a reasonable amount of time.
I will accept LAYAWAY terms also.

***I prefer to accept your payment through PAYPAL, but if that is a problem for you, I can hold the item for a few days to accept your MONEY ORDER or PERSONAL CHECK. However, it does take a little longer for you to receive your purchase, as I will have to wait for these types of payment to clear through the bank after receipt if you are a first-time buyer in my shop.
Paypal is very easy, safe and convenient for both of us, and is free of charge for you. I also will ship to you within a few hours of receiving a Paypal payment in most cases. If you are having any trouble paying for your purchase through Paypal, please let me know and I will send you an invoice that will make it very easy for you. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to make a payment through their service......they also accept one-time payments that you can bill to your credit card.
