Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
The United States Postal System Now Charges 2 Ways! One Charge For The Weight Of A Parcel or Letter AND A Second Charge For The approximate size Of The Box Or Envelope. International Shipping has also gone up. I'm sorry that I have to charge more for International Shipping but I must to ensure you lower prices on my pieces of jewelry.

Buyer pays Shipping on Each Item which includes assurance on that item that if it is lost or damaged during shipping it will be replaced for Free, by Joanne.

Restocking Fee:
If You receive Jewelry that is damaged, does not fit you properly or has been improperly assembled you must Email me as soon as possible to arrange a return for repairing that piece of jewelry. Alterations will be made for Free, within reason, except that return shipping will be your responsibility for personally desired alterations.

ALL My Jewelry is assured to bring you Delight or a store credit/ refund will be issued to you as long as the item is sent back immediately, before it can be worn.

When a return is simply a "change of mind" I will issue a store credit less a 15% Restocking Fee for that item.

I Must Be Notified As Soon As Possible, by Email, of intent to return jewelry when the reason is just a "Change Of Mind". In this case, it must be before Jewelry is Worn, and as in all returns, mailed back to me within 2 Days of you receiving it. No Exceptions, Please.

Custom Orders that have been accepted through emailed photos cannot be returned.

Returned jewelry pieces must be returned in original style packaging, with protective bubble wrap, and they cannot have been worn. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

12 HOURS is the MAXIMUM time allowed for shopping baskets to be held and for payment to be made for items you place in a shopping basket in my shop. This is because of the nature of my items for sale are individual "pieces of art" and a "One of a Kind" pieces of Jewelry and not mass produced. After 12 hours they will be returned to my shop and listed "for sale" again. You will Still be Welcomed to come back in and purchase them at that time.


Sorry, Custom Order Jewelry is not refundable. Contact me however, and I am sure something can be worked out.
