Our Service Pledge To You:
Most of the jewelry I offer has been worn and used, some more than others. I will describe my jewelry honestly, looking over each item with a loupe. Any defects or damage I find will be listed in the item description. Items in less than perfect condition will be identified and priced accordingly. If you have any questions about an item, please don't hesitate to email me and ask! And remember--satisfaction is guaranteed! I want you to love and enjoy your new prize as much as I enjoyed discovering it for you.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
When you contact me to purchase an item, it will be placed in Sale Pending for 3 days (for PayPal or money order payments) or 7 days (for checks). If I have not received payment from you by the end of that time period, I will have to put the item back in the shop. I understand that life (and computer problems) can sometimes interfere when it comes to online shopping, and I will be happy to work with you if you keep in contact with me.

U.S. BUYERS:
Payment must be received within 7 days. I accept PayPal, check or money order. If you pay by PayPal, I can usually ship within 3 days. If by check, both check and item will be held 10-14 days after receipt until the check clears.

Shipping for jewelry items in the continental United States will be $4.00, which includes insurance. For the occasional non-jewelry item, shipping cost will be at actual USPS amount quoted (plus shipping materials) after I know the destination address. Most shipping is done USPS and insurance is required, for your protection and for mine. I am more than happy to combine shipping on items that can safely be shipped together! Just ask!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
I can only accept PayPal payments in US dollars for international orders. NEW REQUIREMENT: For orders of $500 or more, I will only be able to accept payment via Western Union wire transfer. Any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Please know your customs regulations--some countries have restrictions on import of precious metals and stones and it is your responsibility to know them. Value declared will be the actual price paid. Please do not ask me to mark the item as a gift or declare a lower price.

Buyers outside the U.S. must contact me for a shipping charge quote--even if an amount is listed in the item description. International shipping is done via United States Postal Service with all packages sent either insured or Registered at buyer's expense. Please be aware that insuring international mail can significantly raise the cost of shipping.

I reserve the right to refuse shipment to countries where I am unable to insure the items due to custom regulations and/or insurance company requirements.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Illinois State residents must add 7% sales tax.
