These elegant clip Christmas tree earrings are by Mylu. The textured gold tone metal branches are decorated with white artificial pearls and small round white-to-pink aurora borealis rhinestones. A tiny aurora borealis rhinestone gleams from the center of the tree-topper star. Backs are also textured gold tone metal with standard clip mechanisms and both earrings are marked MYLU preceded by a copyright symbol. Mylu was founded by Lynne Gordon and Marge Borofsky around 1960 and was acquired by Coro in 1968.

Earrings measure 1 1/8" long by just over ¾" wide. Depth (without clips) is ¼". Under the loupe, there is a tiny bit of metal wear on the tips of the branches--nothing out of the ordinary. The stones show a bit of normal wear to the aurora borealis finish, and the bottom pearl on one earrings has lost a spot of coating. All stones and pearls are glued in. Both clip mechanisms are strong and work well and the metal on the backs shows very little wear. These earrings are in very good vintage condition.
