Marvella Pink Champagne Three-Strand Crystal Bead Choker Necklace & Earrings Set

As seen and named in a 1960 ad, this marvelous Marvella demi parure boasts three elegant colors--ice blue, pink, and pale amethyst purple. The necklace has three strands of graduated faceted crystal beads with clear seed bead spacers. It closes with an extension chain of tiny pink crystal beads and a silver tone metal hook with a small clear rhinestone at the tip. The matching clip earrings each feature a large purple bead at the center surrounded by a circle of smaller pink and blue beads with a clear seed bead spacer between each one. An edging of silver tone metal loops peeps around the beads, which are wired to the silver tone backs. This is a very substantial and beautiful set in excellent condition.

Necklace: Longest strand--16". Extension is another 2". Largest beads are 10mm. Beads are strung on nylon filament. Marked MARVELLA followed by a copyright symbol on silver tone findings at either end and on the hook. Rhinestone on tip of hook has darkened, otherwise all is in excellent condition. Earrings: Diameter--1". Depth--1/2". Largest beads are 10mm. Beads are wired to the earring backs. Clip mechanisms work well and are marked MARVELLA followed by a copyright symbol. Beads are in excellent condition, with some vintage wear to the clip backs. This set is in excellent vintage condition.
