Our Service Pledge To You:
All items listed are represented honestly and carefully. I strive to offer only items that are in very good to MINT condition. Most items are vintage from the 1950s and may show light wear. Any "new" items with be represented as "new".
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Domestic shipping will start at $3.00 for First Class shipping & handling. The minimum international shipping fee will start at $5.00. Insurance is extra and based on the sale price. I highly recommend insurance. Priority shipping is available upon request.

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 20% restocking fee up to $20.00 on all returned items unless there was an error in the listing.

Other Information:
Payments are due within 7 days of completing a purchase order. If payment is not received by the 10th day.... the item will be returned to stock. Merchandise is held until the payment has cleared.
I offer a 6-8 week layaway plan on full price merchandise. Offer not valid on discounted merchandise unless previously approved.
