I may not be the world's fastest shipper because of my disabilities, but I do pack things carefully and take every precaution to ensure that your precious jewels arrive intact. There is a 6% sales tax for georgia residents only..(sorry Georgia)..

I Prefer Payment by: PayPal, or Postal Money Order in US Currency. I do my best to describe the items I sell to the best of my ability. I want my customers to be happy with their purchases, but also to understand that this is an Internet auction or selling site, and merchandise is sold through the mail. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER THEY LEAVE MY HANDS.That's why I require insurance and Delivery, and or signature confirmation. Just like buying a new car in order to take it off the lot YOU must provide insurance on it. I use priority mail, or first class international. US postal is $8.00, Canada is $15.00, overseas is $27.00 (overseas has actually gone up to $30 and change, and seems like all shipping with the usps is going up, so all over seas customers please contact me before purchase)These shipping prices include delivery and or signature confirmation, also insurance. I have no hidden fees.I like to make sure these beautiful joolz I sell here and other places get the best treatment, and are well insured. All shipping costs to be paid by the buyer. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned joolz. No extra charges in shipping are applied to the purchase of more than one item. Over $300 shipping is free..There are no returns because you don’t like it, or it was not what you thought it was, or it really doesn’t look like the one your Mom, or Aunt, or Grandma had now that you see it up close, or because it doesn’t fit?
I am not someone else's personal jewelry box for them too just purchase the joolz for that company party etc...and then return when parties over?? THESE ARE MY JEWELZ..

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items to cover my out-of-pocket expenses. ALL returns will be shipped back to Jerizjoolz the same way they where sent to you. INSURED, DELIVERY AND OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Paid by the buyer (you). Also email the tracking info to me. I will be tracking the item also(To you, and if return from you).. On returns store credit only, minus the 15% restocking fee..

Other Information:
If you want to order by phone, feel free ~ I love chatting with my customers! ~ but please be aware that my calls are ALWAYS answered by machine first because it gets to the phone much faster than I do and weeds out telephone solicitors and other undesirables (You wouldn't BELIEVE how many hangups we get every day!) Just identify yourself on the tape and keep talking; I'm ALWAYS home, but probably on the other side of the house, so be patient ~ I have a bad leg and it takes me a while to get to the phone.
I LOVE LAYAWAY! It's available at no charge for U.S. customers--my terms are flexible and made to suit your own particular needs. For items over $200, the payment period can be stretched out as far as six months as long as certain criteria are met and a very small fee amounting to 1% of the purchase price will be charged to defray expenses. For international customers, there is a flat $10 layaway fee to cover the additional Paypal fees that accepting multiple small payments will incur. Down payments are non-refundable, so choose carefully!
