Late Victorian Taille d'Epergne Rolled Gold Dangle Earrings

These wonderful screwback earrings turned up at the bottom of a box lot I bought a while ago, but I wasn't 100% sure what they were until I saw the rest of the parure for sale elsewhere. It was gorgeous ~ I so wanted to buy it but was out of $$$ at the time and now it's gone. Whoever bought it, here are your earrings, come 'n get 'em! But even if you don't own other pieces in the set, these drop earrings do perfectly well on their own. I'm not sure if the black stone is glass or onyx. They're in excellent vintage condition and measure 1-5/8" long x 3/4" wide.
