Although this would seem to be an American-made piece, a great deal of medieval European historic symbolism ~ the rose of England in the earrings, and the Lily of France in the pin ~ could be read into the combination by anyone sufficiently pedantic to do so (i.e., me and my psychic twin, whom I have yet to meet!) Of course, it's entirely possible that they're just pretty flowers with the brooch a lily that's fashioned after the lovely form of the fleur-de-lis. Made of heavy sterling silver, the fronds of the lily are covered in tiny pavé rhinestones, every one sparkling bright, and there are no scratches or dents in the metal, so it's in quite excellent condition for a piece dating back to the Second World War. The brooch stands 3" high x 2" wide and has a delicate, open design that make it a good choice for the small of bone who nevertheless love big brooches. The earrings are 3/4" in diameter. I'm not sure how the color of the green rhinestones appears on your monitor, but in real life it's an unusual light teal green, very different from the emerald green more commonly seen.
