Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for insured shipping. Most jewelry items are shipped first class. (Package insurance and a small materials fee is added to postage). We insure through DSI, an independent parcel insurer. We WILL reduce shipping for multiple purchases! Please wait for a revised invoice.

International buyers are welcome if Paypal used for payment.

Shipping per jewelry item (in the USA):
First class $3.89

Shipping per jewelry item (international)
Air mail $4.89.

Shipping costs for other than jewelry items are listed in item descriptions.

We will combine items to save on shipping costs when possible.

Restocking Fee:
15% Restocking fee for returned items.

Other Information:
California buyers please add 7.75% state sales tax.

PayPal payments are expected within 24-hours of purchase order unless notified that it will take longer.

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase order if paying with a money order or personal check. I reserve the right to hold personal checks for 10 days until they clear.
