English pastoral signed 1830 watercolor cattle and trees in a rural landscape

Watercolor on paper laid on old board with the old original mat reversed/retained on the back, signed at lower left in very small letters "F. Simpson Jr. Oct. 1830". The work measures 8 1/4" by 12 3/8". Currently it has a modern tasteful olive green mat. The drawing is clean, with some foxing in the sky. On the old bit of paper mounted below the drawing is written "Spring in Baughley Park" (followed by artist monogram). Note the group of tiny cattle at the right. There is a modern simple gold frame. I don't see a listing for this early English artist but he or she was skilled in watercolor painting. SEE HUNDREDS OF OTHER WORKS NOW IN MY SHOP.
