English 19th century 1874 watercolor landscape house on a rural road super condition

Watercolor on paper, 5 5/8" by 8 1/2" (11 1/4" by 13 1/2" as framed), signed at lower left "E.B. Foley/74". There is a listing for an "E. N. Foley" (1814-1874), but, I'm not sure that this is by that artist. This is a charming scene of England in the Victorian age, a classic home on a dirt lane, and two figures in the scene as well.
