Decorative and colorful Fauvist style oil painting after Matisse or Derain

Oil on canvas, 20" by 16" and narrow frame, signed at lower right "Thel" and dated (19)74, showing a woman in turn of the century dress, with dog in a park like setting. This appears to be a copy of a famous post impressionist painting by a Fauve modernist master like Matisse, Andre Derain, and others in that school that don't come immediately to mind.
